Heat Treatment

Products that have undergone finishing enter the heat treatment phase, including annealing, quenching, and tempering. These treatments improve the material's hardness, strength, and wear resistance, ensuring stable performance in actual use.

Surface Treatment

After heat treatment, products undergo surface treatment to enhance corrosion resistance and appearance. Common surface treatments include painting, galvanizing, and sandblasting. This step not only improves the durability of the product but also enhances its aesthetic quality.

Quality Inspection

At every stage of production, we conduct rigorous quality inspections, including dimensional checks, material analysis, dynamic balancing tests, and performance tests. All products must pass strict quality checks to meet ISO9001 and IATF16949 standards.
